Pros: WiFi did not work. Ice machine’s did not work. Parking gate did not work. Terrible property for the money.

Pros: We have stayed here twice and love the walking distance to Disney Springs. The rooms are always very clean and the staff very accommodating.
Cons: Of the 2 times we’ve stayed, there is always an issue with the parking lot gate. We typically avoid taking our car off the property to avoid any issues with the gate.

Pros: Loved the heated bar by the pool, everything was new, clean and festive. The hotel had amenities such as pool, Game room, restaurant and more in the hotel so you won’t need to leave the hotel.
Cons: Things closed early such as the bar and restaurant by the pool closed at 7. Dominos they refer you too never answered the phone was on hold for a hour.
