Pros: Room décor was ok
Cons: -Absolutely No sign telling you what hotel you were even at -grounds were very unkept -interior hall floors were dirty (trash/food/not vacuumed) -room had someone else’s hair on toilet upon arrival, some stain/fluid on bed décor upon arrival, pillowcase had hole in it, sheet had some sort of stain -called front desk multiple times and never picked up -WiFi was horrible -tiny ants all around breakfast coffee station

Great customer service! Sarah was awesome in finding us the best deals according to our budget. She was very organized and made our Orlando vacation planning easy!
Marcis was extremely professional and on time with responses. She also fully detailed and took time to make sure we had every document for our trip. While on our trip she made sure to quickly reach out to our resort to express our concerns and the resort quickly reached out to compensate our concerns. There is no other way to travel for me now. She took the planning in her hands and really made it feel like a vacation from beginning to end. Thank you ORL Disney Tickets!!
