Pros: Room was spacious and clean. the facilities were upper-end and sophisticated.
Cons: Rented a pool cabana and was a little shocked at the staff. Not friendly or timely. Within an hour of arriving to use the cabana, we were encouraged to pay our bill repeatedly. I asked if the server was getting off shift soon and they responded they weren’t, just that “most people pay their bill early”. That made no sense to me. After being asked repeatedly, and repeatedly telling the staff member that we would be paying our bill before we left (we still had three hours to go before the pool closed), she finally stated “I need to ask you to pay it now. This was motel 8 type stuff for a 5-star hotel. This place misses some details, no coffee in the room, Just a nespresso machine. When I called and asked for coffee pot, staff said they didn’t have one in the hotel anywhere. Also, food availability after hours (like 9pm) is nonexistent unless you want to door dash. Nice hotel, I’d say 4-stars. Missing details that shouldn’t be missed in a 5-star resort. Also, add $42.50/day for valet parking and a resort fee of $45/day. The few shops there were always closed or “out for lunch”. I’d stay here again, just with different expectations.

Cons: It was very over priced for a lot that wasn’t available. I was offered an upgrade on the premises that it was a balcony with a view of the Disney fireworks no fireworks were offered during this time .
