Pros: I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and just love it! Everything from the staff to the dacor is wonderful. The minute I step into this place, even if I’m on a working vacation, I feel transported to my happy place. I love the colors in the rooms, the huge swimming pool, the poolside bar. This was my first visit during the pandemic and all safety measures were in place. People were respectful about distance and wore masks. It was a little too cool for me to use the pool and sit outside much at night, but I have in past stays. I love the outdoor firepits, the lazy river. This is a great family place, but it’s quiet in the rooms and best of all, the beds are super comfortable and I’m extremely picky about that! If you have the time and energy, take a walk to City Walk using the garden walk along the river where the water taxis go. It’s really a nice walk in a beautiful area. Takes about 15 minutes.

Pros: Gorgeous resort inside Volcano Bay at Universal Studios. Clean and comfortable room with beautiful pool view. Two amazing pools and excellent location close to all you need. My son has a perfect birthday, and we all enjoy our stay.
Cons: Ticket reservations messes up one of our annual passes we bought at the time of check in and we have to wait more that normal outside d the park until the situation got fix.

Pros: pool area
Cons: food at bay liner lodge was not good and the format is terrible. to get food you go on one LONG line to get food then go stand on ANOTHER LONG line and wait while the food from the FIRST line is getting cold. Then you take the food ALL THE WAY back to the room and by then all the food is cold and also you find out it was inedible. Gross, cold and overpriced.

Great customer service! Sarah was awesome in finding us the best deals according to our budget. She was very organized and made our Orlando vacation planning easy!
