Pros: Breakfast was great appearance is beautiful it’s my second stay first was amazing both times I actually stayed at Caribe Royale
Cons: would love to actually stay at Buena I’ll try one more time as last time was great see which one happens more but there was a musty odor to the room I would have requested to change but only here for one quick night this trip

Pros: Absolutely everything except on our second day we had breakfast at the Tropical and it was horrible! Which really surprised me because just the previous morning it was dang near perfect so I was a little bit confused as to why n what happened. Our first morning we had fresh pancakes, potatoes, sausage and an omelets. The next morning everything was microwaved we couldn’t eat it! Outside of that everything else was perfect! Plenty for the kids to do, which is why I took them! We’ll be returning!

Pros: I like the room, location, and amenities.
Cons: When I arrived to check in I found that the place I would be staying wasn’t actually the hotel in this booking. The hotel they had me stay at was called Caribe. I thought that was slightly deceptive, and to be honest I would have thought nothing of it had it not been for their poor costumer service. They tried to charge me a different price from what I reserved here in booking. The lady originally helping me seemed to be new so I wasn’t too bothered at first but when she ask someone that was working there for a while the lady that was working there for a while told me that the differently price quoted by the new lady was correct. She had me then show the booking reservation and confirmation number then after seeing it with her own eyes and seeing the break down of the room price that booking listed for me she said she’d need to call and find out why they have me the wrong price. It took about 15 minutes or a little more to check in. That really annoyed me after a long drive. When having other issues with the arcade room the staff was also not very helpful. There was one lady working at the fitness center who was wonderful though.
