Pros: Staff was polite
Cons: Pool was dirty , hot tub was dirty , lawn chairs were dirty . Outdoor area not well kept . Advertising for breakfast was false. We received a yogurt and a muffin. No drinks were provided. This wasn’t even comparable to a continental breakfast. By far the most unacceptable place I have ever booked with. My card was over charged, booking advertised 87$ with tax included , I was charged 141$. There was also a 50$ that was charged and not added back to my account yet . I am very disappointed with our stay .

Great customer service! Sarah was awesome in finding us the best deals according to our budget. She was very organized and made our Orlando vacation planning easy!
